Guide to joining the
TIIKM Global Academic Network
Step 01
Register online through the GAN website by selecting the desired subscription type via the Registration Page -> ‘Link’, or by clicking the ‘Register/ Login’ button.
Step 02
Fill in all the relevant fields of the registration form and click ‘Submit’ to proceed to our secure payments page (for institutional subscriptions and Premium Individual subscriptions).
For Free Individual subscription, an e-mail verification will be conducted upon clicking ‘Submit’.
Step 03
For Institutional subscriptions: the account initiating the registration will receive admin-privileges to amend content on the institutional profile and perform renewals.
Three other user accounts will need to be nominated as admin-accounts for each institution, which will be confirmed through e-mail verification.
For Individual subscriptions: Log into the account with the registered e-mail/ username and password to activate the account.
Step 04
For Institutional subscriptions: A system-generated registration code will be e-mailed with a link to registering affiliate-accounts under each institution, institutions can then share these details with users (such as faculty members and students) to register them as affiliates of the institution on the Global Academic Network).
Congratulations! on your successful registration with the TIIKM Global Academic Network, fill in your user/institutional profiles to showcase your achievements and specialties- connect, collaborate and discover the true potential of knowledge-sharing.
Renewing your subscription to the
TIIKM Global Academic Network
Once logged-in, the number days left under your current subscription will appear on the top right-side corner of the screen- along with the ‘Renew Now’ button through which the renewal options can be accessed; alternatively, you can also visit the Renewals Page-> ‘link ‘to renew your subscription.
For Institutional subscriptions: Please get in touch with the administrators nominated from your institution (listed in the institutional profile) to initiate renewals.
Admin-accounts can renew institutional subscriptions through the ‘Renew Now’ button or via the Renewals Page.
